Scattered throughout Coronado Island are several tennis courts. There are a few courts by the library, near the high school and wedged between the golf course and yacht club. The courts are free and are first come, first serve.
Now if you live at the Shores then you have the opportunity to walk out your door and just a few steps away from two tennis courts. Both are located next to the pool which also happens to be right on the edge of the beach.
Tennis is a fun sport to play but it’s also important engage in a match with someone who is equal to you in skill. Believe me, this makes the game a lot more interesting and enjoyable. It can remain casual all while being evenly matched. And once you’re done with playing there’s the pool, the jacuzzi or the beach. Take your pick.
